1. Privacy Policy
The protection of information about customers, the www.husarabb.com online store is of the utmost importance to us, therefore we make every effort to ensure that customers feel safe when entrusting us with their personal data when using our store. This privacy policy explains the principles and scope of our processing of clients' personal data, their rights and our obligations as a data controller.

4. Purpose of processing
The administrator processes the personal data of the Store's customers in order to properly perform the concluded contracts and maintain the User's account in the Store, which means that these data are needed in particular for:
- registering in the store,
- conclusion of the contract,
- making settlements,
- delivery of the goods ordered by the customer,
- the use of all consumer rights by the customer (e.g. withdrawal from the contract, warranty),
- contact with the Customer in all matters related to the functioning of the Store.
If the Customer has agreed to receive information about new products and promotions, the Administrator processes his data in order to send his own commercial information, e.g. regarding promotions, sales or the availability of new products (Newsletter).
5. Type of data processing
The administrator processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary to set up a customer account, make purchases:
- first name and last name
- e-mail adress
- address
- delivery address
- Phone number
6 Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 section 1b) and c) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) - this is the performance of a contract concluded via the Store and the fulfillment of our statutory obligations, e.g. order handling , considering a complaint or return, as well as support both during the sales process as well as solving reported problems related to the functioning of the Store. In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, the Customers have the following rights:
- The customer may at any time request the deletion of his data - without giving a reason. The request to delete the data will not affect the activities performed so far. Deleting data means that the Customer's account in the Store will be deleted.
- The customer may at any time object to the processing of his data, both in part, in whole and for the purpose indicated by him. The objection will not affect the activities already performed. If the objection is raised, the Customer's account in the Store will be deleted.
- The customer may request the restriction of the processing of his personal data, be it for a specific period or to a certain extent. This request will not affect the activities performed so far. By sending the request, the Customer's account in the Store will be deleted.
- The customer may at any time request the correction or rectification of his personal data. The User can also do it on their own, within the available functionalities, after logging in to the Customer Account.
- The customer may at any time request information from us about the scope of processing his personal data by us.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: ul. Town Hall Square 1 Bielsko-Biała, 43-300.
We are obliged to inform the User about the actions taken by us no later than within one month of receiving each of the requests.
It should be remembered that deleting personal data, e.g. by deleting the User's account, will not stop processing them completely, because in the case of purchases in the Store, we are obliged to store data on transactions for the period resulting from tax regulations.
8. Duration of personal data storage
We store Customers' personal data for the duration of their User account on the Website.
In order to ensure high-quality service, we archive all applications and e-mail correspondence for a period of 2 years.
After deleting the account in our systems, data regarding the transactions concluded by the Customer in the Store will remain, as it is our obligation resulting from the provisions of tax law. In addition, we will store customer data until the expiry of their claims resulting from the concluded sales contract, e.g. warranty.
9. Entrusting data processing and sharing
The store does not entrust the processing of personal data to other entities.
Users' personal data, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be disclosed to third parties in any way, in particular they will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending third party marketing materials.
